A native southerner and Georgia resident of more than thirty years, I earned my law degree from Emory University in 1978. In 1982, I started my practice as a worker comp attorney in Georgia, representing victims of workplace injuries.

I have also organized and spoken at many different seminars throughout the state for fellow lawyers and others. Finally, I have served as a faculty member on the Georgia Workers' Compensation Claim Management Training Program.
