Workers' Compensation Attorney Serving Atlanta, Georgia

A native southerner and Georgia resident of more than 30 years, I earned my law degree from Emory University in 1978. In 1982, I started my practice as a workers' comp attorney in Georgia, representing victims of workplace injuries.

I have achieved the Super Lawyers listing of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. I am also an AV Preeminent peer review rated* by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating is reserved for attorneys whose peers believe them to have attained the highest level of professional knowledge and ethics. As a highly qualified Atlanta workers' compensation attorney, I am proud to meet these rigorous standards.

Since 1992, I have been a member of the Chairman's Advisory Council of the State Board of Workers' Compensation. As a Georgia workers' comp attorney based in Atlanta, I have organized and spoken annually at regional seminars sponsored by the State Board of Workers' Compensation. I have also organized and spoken at many different seminars throughout the state for fellow lawyers and others. Finally, I have served as a faculty member on the Georgia Workers' Compensation Claim Management Training Program.
